Dwell magazine: High and Dry

I was honoured to be asked to write this piece for US-based homes magazine Dwell, published in the January 2023 edition. The Johnson family built this studio with Australia’s extreme weather in mind and it was put to the test within weeks of finishing when a catastrophic flood devastated the Northern Rivers region in 2022.
